Jim,
It was nice meeting you today with Jenny and Robert Stanford in front of the J Street Cafe today. I hope that your show goes well for you this week with the Art Show. I look forward to reviewing your statistical information proving your assertion that Modesto's panhandlers are professionals from San Jose and other Bay Area communities whenever you are ready to present the statistical information to me. The burden of proof is on the person making the assertion not the recipient of the information. You made the assertion. The burden of proof is on you, not me. I look forward to receiving your proof. You know where to find me.

Prior comment from my February Flowers watercolor, currently in the collection of Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Maisetti, Modesto. I met KatnAnna from a modestofamous.com blog, looking for artists for the Riverdance Pick and Gather, and joined an interesting event in Livingston this year, making new friends, and the poster graphic.

I blog on modestofamous.com as jdc104, am interested in environment, art, music as I assist with the Modesto Blues Festival, do poetry. I have a myspace profile, that has a great deal more of my watercolors, ink drawings, cartoons, other paintings, printmaking and images at www.myspace.com/jim_christiansen and a local Modesto, Stanislaus County regional artist network site at http://www.myspace.com/modestoartx

thanks, Jim.
Art often pays the bills.

My winter garden is usually better than my summer garden. In the summer it's too hot to go out and weed! It's buggy out there, and I have gophers. So I only have a so-so summer garden, but my winter garden is better. I'm planting NOW (early Sept) c…
