Disappointed

Those of you that know me well know that I am an avid reader. Anything I can get my hands on pretty much. Last year I started reading books by James Patterson. I love his work.......until now.

I just finished reading "The Dangerous Days of Daniel X". It took me almost 2 weeks to get through the 238 pages. I usually read around 100 pages a day, so that should be an indication of how I felt about the book. Comming Soon to a "store" near you!!

Exciting news, but Im trying not to get myself too worked up. Friday Afternoon, I stopped by Richwood Meat Company and Showed off some of my samples. They were impressed. So much so that I have been asked to get my own label and they will carry my pork in the store. This will allow me to be able to sell individual Items instead of only Bulk orders. I am hoping to have my label and be up and running at Richwood by the end of the year

If you take a few minuets to look at these pictures you can see the quality of the hogs and thus pork I sell. (and yes that IS a wiener dog playing with the hogs in pic 3)

My winter garden is usually better than my summer garden. In the summer it's too hot to go out and weed! It's buggy out there, and I have gophers. So I only have a so-so summer garden, but my winter garden is better. I'm planting NOW (early Sept)...
